What's your return policy?
If you are in any way unhappy with you product, simply let us know and we will send you a brand new one, no need to return the original. Still not happy? We will offer you a full refund AND you get to keep both signs! All we ask is that you let us know where we went wrong, so that we can improve for next time!
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping, anywhere in Canada.
Do we ship internationally?
We do! We offer $23.99 shipping on all orders to the United States and $100 shipping to other countries.
What are the signs made from?
All our signs are made from 16ga steel and powder coated to give a durable finish.
Can my sign be used outside?
All our products are powder coated to give an extremely durable finish. Products will not rust and are durable enough to be used outside!
How long before I receive my product?
We cannot guarantee your product will be delivered by a certain date, however all orders will be shipped within 2-10 days of being placed.
Where are you located?
We are located in Woodstock, New Brunswick, Canada.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped Canada Post. Customers will receive an email confirmation and tracking number when their order has shipped.
